Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chocolatier based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area.
The Chocolatier will be responsible for creating high-quality chocolate-based products with a focus on intentional and health-conscious ingredients. Key responsibilities include crafting artisanal chocolates, confections, and pastries, ensuring quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings. The role also involves ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining a passion for culinary creativity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Bakery and Baking techniques to create high-quality, health-focused chocolate treats.
- Confectionery expertise, with knowledge of crafting unique chocolate products and other sweet creations.
- Proficiency in Pastry and Culinary Skills, enabling preparation of complementary items that align with the brand’s vision.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to using high-quality, intentional ingredients.
- Prior experience in food preparation, especially within the chocolate, baking, or confectionery field, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with or openness to working with Ayurvedic and adaptogenic ingredients is beneficial.
